Becky Harris

Instructional Design Manager

Becky Harris is the Instructional Design Manager at the Illinois Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism, where she designs innovative and interactive continuing legal and judicial education courses.

Before joining the Commission, Becky worked independently as a learning strategist and learning experience designer for several Fortune 100 companies and nonprofit associations. In this role, she developed learning solutions focused on real-world applications.

Becky also serves on the board of a local adult literacy nonprofit organization.

Becky holds the Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) designation from the International Society for Performance Improvement and the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPLP) designation from the Association for Talent Development.

She obtained a master’s degree in instructional performance technology from Boise State University and a bachelor’s in telecommunications from Indiana University.

She spends her free time entertaining friends and family, volunteering, and planning her next adventure. Becky lives outside of Chicago with her husband and a bossy Morkie dog.
