CLE Best Practices

Learners of all types, particularly adult learners, learn best by doing. This means experiential learning, interactive learning, and education which centers on participating, not lecturing. For this reason we focus on teaching CLE where attorneys become active participants in the learning experience. We serve as a clearinghouse to assist CLE providers in developing and enhancing continuing legal education. Our goal is to offer resources to engage attorneys in CLE that is transformational, not compliance-focused. We invite teachers of CLE to utilize our resources when developing courses and activities for professional responsibility CLE credit.
